Nothing. There is no subscription and no setup fee. We take a commission on each ticket sold, lower as your volume grows, and 0% on free events.
How long does it take to publish a first event?
A few minutes. Create your account, describe the event, add your prices and sessions, then publish. The seat map and the door control are already there.
When am I paid, and how?
Revenue is transferred to your bank account after each payout period. Sales, commissions and refunds are visible at any time in your space.
Can my customers pay without a bank card?
Yes. Besides cards, you can accept cash at a counter or a bank transfer. The ticket is issued as soon as you confirm the payment.
Can I sell numbered seats?
Yes, for a cinema, a stadium, a theatre or a trade show. The map editor lets you draw your zones and rows, and the buyer picks a seat on an interactive plan.
How does door control work?
With a phone. Each ticket carries a signed QR code that changes every minute, so a shared screenshot will not pass. Scanning works even without a network.
What if a customer can no longer attend?
They transfer the ticket to someone else, or put it back on sale at face value at most. You stay in control: resale is supervised and the new holder is identified.
Can I sell in Arabic and English?
Yes. The site exists in French, Arabic and English, with a layout adapted to right-to-left writing. Your tickets and e-mails follow the buyer’s language.
